In the event of a chargeback, you will be automatically banned and blacklisted from all CraftTopiaHQ servers via Tebex.

The internet can be unpredictable, and your safety is important to us. Below are some tips to help protect yourself and others online.

1. 🔗 Friend Requests

Only accept Discord friend requests from users you recognize and share mutual servers with. Always verify usernames and tag numbers before engaging.

2. 👤 Protect Your Info

Never share sensitive information such as:

• Real name, address, school, etc.

• Personal images or videos

• Account login details

If you wouldn’t want the whole world to see it, don’t share it.

3. 🌐 Suspicious Links

Be cautious of unfamiliar links or websites. Here's how to stay safe:

• Hover over links to preview the actual URL

• Avoid clicking on suspicious or shortened links

• Never enter login details on unofficial or sketchy sites

• Always verify domains (e.g., double-check if it’s actually Discord.com)

If your IP is compromised, restart your router or contact your ISP for a new one. You can check your IP at WhatIsMyIPAddress.com.

4. 🛡️ Minecraft Server Connections

Only connect to trusted servers. When you join a Minecraft server, the owner gets access to your IP. Make sure the server is reputable and secure before joining.

5. 💻 Download Safety

Never download files or software from:

• Unknown websites

• Users you don’t trust

• Unverified mod/plugin sources

Do not disable antivirus software or extract random files. CraftTopiaHQ staff will never ask you to download or install anything.

Malware risks include:
